Design, develop and test CTI client/server and administrative applications Troubleshoot CTI application related issues 24x7 CTI support (rotated schedule) Required qualifications Hands on development knowledge of CTI applications using Cisco CTI/CTIOS and associated APIs At least 5 recent years of recent advanced C# .NET development in a CTI environment Experience developing multithreaded Windows services and DLLs SQL query construction and optimization Basic telephony/telecom understanding Basic data networking and TCP/IP concepts Superior analytical and problem resolution skills Effective communication skills Cisco ICM Aspect Contact Server and its API Any of the following ACDs Rockwell Spectrum, Avaya G3R/S8700, Aspect or Nortel Symposium IVR knowledge VoIP Network troubleshooting Web site development using HTML, Javascript and ASP.NET Experience in developing enterprise level distributed applications
