We need to get a JBPM, which I a workflow management tool, open source I believe, consultant with deep Hibernate (34 years) with Java performance tuning and spring! They know its very hard. The JBPM and Hibernate alone will be tough. The application runs the scheduling for HBO's ondemand service. Our client is looking to suppliment their Back Office applications group with a self starting, professional Java developer, with a strong business applications acumen.
