PeopleSoft HCM v. 8.9 / Tools 8.47 Time and Labor / Payroll (Functional and Technical knowledge)Java Web Services ExperiencePeopleSoft Component Interfaces, App Engine, PeopleCode, App Package, Axis 2Business Analyst Facilitate and participate in analysis meetings with customers to determine and prioritize business and system requirements for projects characterized by high profile status, risk and or complexity. Document and analyze requirements (e.g. business system, security, conversion and report), develop detailed data, functional design and document specifications, and assist with conversions, testing, training and other project needs throughout the development life cycle . Perform walkthroughs and/or prototype demonstrations as needed.Work with internal or external subject matter experts to correct and proactively prevent further problems by recommending and/or implementing bugfixes, application enhancements, customer training, or other measures. Document and facilitate turnover plan to other technology groups as needed.Structure business requirements to facilitate test plan creation. Support development team and QA with testing activities and needs. Coordinate and participate.Communicate regularly with management team members regarding task or project status and opportunities to improve service levels or business processes. Developer Develop and modify complex applications using programming tools. Document all code using standard forms and procedures, and review others' work Participate in process improvement / reengineering efforts and work with Advisory Developers / Architects Work with Quality Assurance to participate in unit, system and user acceptance testing based on an understanding of the development lifecycleWork with architecture and other infrastructure groups that may involve multiple platforms, databases, peripherals, or other technology
