Description
To assist as required by the IRM Lead in evaluating, integrating and standardizing Shell eDiscovery process and tools in a dynamic and global Trading environment. Functions as they relate to the group eDiscovery project . Implement appropriate Group eDiscovery solutions within Trading, as they are delivered by the group programme. . Staying informed of Group deliverables and timelines . Influencing Group eDiscovery priorities to be in alignment with Trading . Monitor Trading eDiscovery run & maintain progress. Make adjustments to existing Trading eDiscovery processes, tools or templates, as needed. . Provide Tradingspecific eDiscovery subject matter expertise to Group team . Provide Trading requirements for Group eDiscovery deliverables . Participate in Group eDiscovery working sessions and review meetings . Review Group eDiscovery deliverables and communicate feedback regarding alignment with Trading needs and requirements Evaluate current eDiscovery Functions . The candidate would be able to identify any process gaps that potentially expose the company to risk with respect to the eDiscovery legal requirements. . Coordinate the harvesting and preservation of data per the scope provided by the litigation and compliance teams. . Utilize eDiscovery experience and customer service skills to improve efficiency of eDiscovery process. . Manage customer awareness activities for endusers and system administrators in line with company policy and eDiscovery framework. . Function as a full participant in the eDiscovery team supporting and coordinating all aspects of data harvesting, forensics and data preservation as needed. . Provide ad hoc advice to various support groups on Trading\Shell group polices and best practices. . To maintain state of industry knowledge of Information Risk Management and industry issues, technologies, trends and Group initiatives. Essential Qualifications . 3 5 years of work experience in technical corporate, Information Risk Management or eDiscovery\Forensics services function. . Understanding of IT support functions and ability to determine applicability for harvesting from various technologies. . Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills. . Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member and interface all aspects of IT, Legal and Trading Business leadership when necessary. . Experience of working within a team, but disciplined enough to manage own schedules and workloads. . Good interpersonal and influencing skills. . Strong understanding of Legal processes and litigation trends. .
