Description
The Role Core BLAW team is looking for an experienced C#/Winforms software developer to work on developing and enhancing Bloomberg LAW platform. You will work on applications for processing of various legal information sources, and developing customer facing applications. This includes content analysis, acquisition, processing, searching, normalization, entity extraction, alerting, and presentation of legal data. Qualifications Expert level software engineering experience in C# / Winform Applications Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and ObjectOriented design concepts Strong experience developing multithreaded applications Experience with XML and Web services Core Java on Unix/Linux a plus Spring Framework/ Hibernate experience a plus Familiarity with relational database/SQL development a plus Experience developing legal information acquisition and processing applications is a very strong plus Strong communication skills
