Life Technologies is seeking a talented Tealeaf Customer Experience Administrator as a part of theIT eBusiness Team which also consists of functional business analysts, technical architects and developers.The Tealeaf Administrator acts as the primary raw data analyst of data provided by the Tealeaf CX software,as well as administering the tool. The Tealeaf Administrator will need to be well versed in the designand implementation of complex, webbased systems, including transport layer and network issues.The Tealeaf Administrator is expected both to provide the facilities of the tool to the rest of theorganization, and to act as a champion within the organization to maximize its potential.To that end, they are expected to work across organizational lines, both to serve the largerorganization and as a proponent of the technology.
