Experience with Siebel Tools, Configuration, EIM, EAI, Workflow, Assignment Manager and Business Service, JavaScript Experience with Upgrade KIT / SQL Anywhere Experience with Oracle 10g and agove. Strong PL/SQL experience, Packages and Procedures is a MUST Experience with Maestro job/automation and basic UNIX commands Experience in Siebel 7 or 8 database models, Siebel Configuration, Server Architecture, and Siebel Server Administration. Knowledge of the Siebel Architecture, business components, scripting, etc. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and customer support, and have the ability to work effectively with a variety of people at all levels Selfmotivated with high degree of initiative and excellent followup skills, along with strong analytical and problemsolving skills Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in a crossfunctional team, global team, as well as independently Comments As a member of the Bayer Pharma Siebel team, this person will be responsible for supporting the New Jersey Siebel 8.1 SFA application and Siebel 7.8.2 Call Center application. He/she will also be required to participate in the development work for any new CRMrelated application implemented at the New Jersey site and ensure compliance with alll Bayer Corporate Business Services SOP's and processes. The candidate will 1. Serve as primary level support for the Siebel system in NJ for their Sales Force Automation Application (IMPACT) Siebel Version 8.1 and Call Center Application (Intouch) version 7.8. 2. Provide customization on a project by project basis 3. Provide data extracts for legal requests and sales management 4. Assist in upgrading Siebel versions on a project by project basis 5. Utiliza Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager to load data as required 6. Build and maintain validation and testing documents for Validated systems. Preferred Qualifications 1. Siebel Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical experience 2. Siebel Certification will be considered a plus 3. Siebel Assignment Manager, Scripting, Tools Configuration, Java Script 4. OBIEE/Siebel Analytics/Informatica experience a plus 5. Minimum of 34 years experience in Oracle PL/SQL
