Description
Specifically, she/he is responsible to maintain extensive contact with team members, project vendors, regions and various MINI NA departments to ensure that high quality learning and development initiatives are executed and meet the needs of the organization. SheShe/he also supports the Training Analyst in analyzing training needs, conduct topic research, and creating content, collateral material and ultimately provides training solutions.Her/his ultimate goal is to support career growth and develop dealer personnel by providing tools and skills that result in selling more vehicles, service and parts the MINI Way, ultimately creating and maintaining customer loyalty and dealer profitabilityIs the lead for all MINI University logistics, processes and ordering. Work with logistics group to secure all MINI instructorled logistics. Manage car moves for product launches and other inmarket training. Work with ICP team to manage enrollment, courseware updates and assigning course credit after course completion. Assist the Training Analyst in the planning, organizing, designing, implementation and testing of all courseware related material. Collaborates with MINI Training team on assessing dealer training needs, collecting and analyzing data. Collaborates to identify potential training solutions and develops a basic understanding about subject matter through materials provided. Handles the logistic processes for content development for participant books, facilitator manuals, course outlines, and other training support materials. Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with BMW Group University standards and consistency with other University courses. Supports the Training Analyst in researching, analyzing and evaluating the training/educational programs to ensure that they are fulfilling the needs of the organization. Build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, other BMW NA employees and managers, and the dealer body. Inspire on a daily basis.
