ECM Implementation Specialist

Description

1. Support business requirements definition, design and development as well as translate business requirements into Functional Design and Configuration Plan for the TRIM system in support of PDCs Urban Development Department projects including, but not limited to, the filing system design, metadata architecture, and security model2. Perform early configuration testing and validation on design prior to business User Acceptance Testing.3. Coordinate business User Acceptance Testing, collect user comments and issues, and investigate corrective action.4. Coordinate and manage the end user training and onthefloor support.5. Utilize established methods for TRIM design and configuration. Research and recommend system enhancements within existing architecture or through employment of additional components in support the enterprise functional requirements.6. Manage the issues list from requirements, design, and testing.7. Identify and document potential ECM system risks and provide risk mitigation alternatives.8. Research and identify data and/or process duplication between TRIM and other active business systems. Provide business practice recommendations to minimize overlap.9. Support the IT Department to address duplications and streamline systems as appropriate10. Participate in task planning and schedule development with the Project Team.11. Estimate durations and level of effort for assigned tasks.12. Research and recommend process improvements to batch scanning and optical character recognition (OCR) capture to fully leverage technologies.
