Description
1) Minimum of five years of Handson and Lead Developer skills a. C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, XML, XSLT Requiredb. Either SQL Server OR Oracle Requiredc. Java a plus2) Quickly learn and absorb new technologies and application systems, 3) Strong design skills for databases, query optimization, data structures 4) Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications 5) Conduct detailed reviews of program design, code, queries, integrated test plans and results 6) Troubleshoot critical issues, discover root cause, and implement solutions that address both short term and long term considerations7) Point of contact into team of offshore developers 8) Plan, control, and execute configuration and builds of UAT and Production environments 9) Strong communication and relationship building skills with both IT and the business community
