Description
Supplier will participate as a team member on the customer staff specializing in Oracle RAC implementations, administration and performance tuning. This is an onsite position during typical business hours. Supplier needs tbe local / within driving distance tthe customer location. There may be an occasional need twork an extended shift but it is expected tminimal if at all. Consultant Role/Responsibilities/Skills on Engagement Need a senior level Oracle Solution Architect type resource tprovide RAC performing tuningImplement Oracle performance recommendationsOracle troubleshootingExcellent organizational skillsExcellent communications skillsOracle/ RAC certifiedWill be working as part of the Ahold and Cap Gemini Oracle Retec team.Expert level skills in Oracle DB on IBM and HPUX with extensive RAC experience, application testing, performance tuning, etc. Experience as Oracle DB architect with experience with platform design and sizing a bonus.
