Description
Successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of HP's PPM product (formerly Mercury's IT Governance product). Depth of understanding should include best practice usage, security administration and the ITG data model. A technical development background with ITG/PPM would be a plus to provide needed perspective to communicate effectively with technical support team. Ability to troubleshoot reported problems Ability to analyze or trend a situation and suggest improvements Ability to multitask Ability to work independently given little direction Ability to create and execute test plans and scripts Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Will be working with a team and contacting customers that are geographically dispersed. Highly proficient in writing SQL queries for reporting against an Oracle database (for ITG and Remedy) and presenting the data in Excel or other products. Can understand a product data model.
