4 years experience in the definition of new rolebased security models for large clientserver software or Web applications, including providing direction to a team of development staff and the creation of a process to ensure an ongoing quality improvement process that adheres to security standards.4 years experience in consulting with senior leaders in the design, development and execution of an applicationwide security strategy that integrates all areas of a large, clientserver or Web application4 years experience with an in depth knowledge of data networks, including switching, routing, firewalling, intrusion detection, VPNs and wireless networks.4 years experience defining testing plans and goals supporting a systemwide security breach/penetration test to identify access vulnerabilitiesGood Communication and interpersonal skills4 years experience reviewing current policies and security regulations, understanding their needs and wants and determining how (if necessary) a software application will support them4 years experience in the development of Information Security policies and procedures, and building a secure infrastructure that includes Application Security, Database Security, User Access, Privacy, HIPAA Compliance, etc.
