Project Manager

Description

Provide the full range of project management capabilities to support effective delivery of complex multidisciplinary client projects, including o Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. o Manages daytoday operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applies COMPANYIES project methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes COMPANIES exposure and risk on project engagements.Ensures project documents are complete, current, and presented in a timely manner. Provide the liaison between COMPANY project teams and client project management Project Accounting Tracks and reports team hours and expenses as agreed within the contract Manages project budget, including projected burnrates, Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices. Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization Communication Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Holds regular status meetings with project team. Effectively communicates relevant project information to both within COMPANY and to the client. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
