Course development The layout of storyboards, development of content to support processes/templates and posting/reviewing material with stakeholders for either instructor led or elearning training collateral 2Course maintenance and updates Respond to all feedback from students; eg technical assistanceSubject Matter Expert escalation Perform fixes/updates to the courses based on feedback 3Course content review and upgrades 4Course archiving/EOL Necessary Skills (Must Have) Instructional Design and Development Experience Organizational/Soft Skill training capabilities Project Management eLearning Development Stakeholder Mgmt Authoring tool skills Captivate, Dreamweaver, Breeze Presenter, Acrobat previous course development experience required
