Description
Minimum 35 years as a businesses analyst team leader. Minimum 5 years as a business analyst The proposed resources must have previous Functional/Business Analyst experience deriving requirements in a CAD or Emergency First Responder environment; Police records management and mobile knowledge is desired but not required.58 yrs working on large scale programs or projects (preferred Corrections or Justice industry verticals);Proven experience with large, complex system that includes hardware, software and documentation deliverables;Experience defining and writing processes and procedures;Experience using and assisting in the deployment of common testing, build and development tools;Experience in developing and providing informal and formal training of processes, procedures and tooling solutions; andExperience implementing test and quality control practices for the MDPS User Acceptance of the vendor proposed solutions Hardware, Software, and documentation.
