2+ Years of demonstrated experience of implementing Cognos TM1 4+ years of experience architecting and building data warehouse and reporting solutions4+ years of experience leading technical teams through different performance management implementations4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes) or financial systemsStrong analytical skills and an ability to work in a team environment focused on Internet based solution development Help identify opportunities to leverage data warehouse solutions to address business opportunities and articulate tradeoffs and conflicting objectives Must be able to evaluate business needs and customize implementation solutions based on those needs utilizing existing products, development tools, and methodologiesBe able to diplomatically communicate technical and businessrelated issues to non technical audiences
