Description
[This project is the longterm AP Processing solution to replace the midterm current state AP Request application. The objective is to create and deploy a new module in the current iClick application with the functionality to process AP Invoices that will support the US firms GSS India operations as well as GSS Dalian Far East Area processing. The iClick application will be updated with the following functionality to process AP invoices Create a form for entering check requests. Create required workflow (with customized Emails.) Select valid Vendors and request new Vendor setup.Handle Special Requests, Rush, and Record Only invoices.Update security to filter user access to data based on BU and/or Area.Perform currency conversions. VAT processing MultiLanguage allow the use of local character sets to input free form data. Create interfaces from GFIS for Vendors and Currency tables and create a standard EDI feed GFIS AP Payments via the Global Interface SystemCreate reports to monitor/audit GSS performance metrics.]
