Administer CA Service Desk in a complex, high availability environmentUse the various Service Desk interfaces to define events, create macros, create classic and advanced workflowsUse Web Screen Painter to customize forms as neededProduce regular status reports and updates for management reportingParticipation in a rotating oncall scheduleFacilitate communication between business and technical staff to ensure effective and efficient implementation Provide feedback on configuration management tools and processes, enterprisewideWhat do you need to do this jobRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience35 Years experience with CA Service Desk (r11 & r12)Server automation and/or programming skills (VB, .NET, Java, PHP, Powershell, and/or Perl)Basic SQL understanding
