Expert Abs. Mgm skills including experience transitioning from one set of policies and working AM with Kronos. This is a phase 2 enhancement where Client did excellent job doing initial implementation on their own. Client has a small, but expert staff and expects a higher level of expertise than available inhouse. Very tight timeframe due to date their new policies go into effect. Rapport is important. Must have 2+ years of Peoplesoft Absence Management experienceExcellent Consulting/Comm. skills
