Description
Technical support of the Schering's SAP environments performance tuning, troubleshooting, administration and maintenance a wide range of technical and project related SAP administration and issue management, such as collaboration with the functional/process analysts and ABAP programmers plan and implement technical specification for conversion, interfaces, enhancements, reports, and addons coordination with database administrators to ensure proper operation and performance of database environments within SAP work with vendor representatives in identifying and resolving system problems. LEVEL 2 technical support of the Company's SAP environments performance tuning, troubleshooting, administration and maintenance a wide range of technical and project related SAP administration and issue management, such as collaboration with the functional/process analysts and ABAP programmers plan and implement technical specification for conversion, interfaces, enhancements, reports, and addons coordination with database administrators to ensure proper operation and performance of database environments within SAP work with vendor representatives in identifying and resolving system problems.
