Description
Serve as back fill for call center response for loss mitigation issues Responsible for backup for review and approval of all nondelegated loss mitigation cases and will serve as loss mitigation escalation point in the Servicing Support Center Responsible for outbound proactive pursuit of loss mitigation cases from servicers , including Laser rejects, delayed closing of cases, case updates or corrections and supplemental claim requestsMay develop and/or provide training to servicers Responsible for processing delegated loss mitigation cases resulting from system constraints Responsible for review of preforeclosure and preforeclosure referral cases pursuant to a standard review program at specific servicer locations Responsible for review of (delegated) declined loss mitigation cases to determine if all appropriate facts and loss mitigation options/programs were considered by the servicer Responsible for direct input to FNM loss mitigation systems/processes at specific servicer locations Responsible for researching validity of all loan reclasses (MBS to Cash) Responsible for post closing activity on loss mitigation options/programs
