Developer for SalesForce.Com This position requires the ability to design, develop and provide ongoing support of Salesforce.com CRM solution. The Candidate must be handson and have proven experience to (HANDS ON Exp KEY to the ROLE!) a) Develop and make enhancements of global Salesforce.com system. b) Provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly fix production issues with Salesforce.com and provide ongoing maintenance. c) Work and deliver under tight timeline and ability to multitask. d) Participate and lead in technical discussions. e) Work with business representatives, business analysts to quickly understand requirements. f) Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a client solution. KEY SKILLS Salesforce.com Architecture and Design Salesforce.com Development Salesforce.com Administration Salesforce.com Operational Support Force.com developer toolkit Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, and Web Services & Metadata APIs Data migration and ETL tools such as Boomi, CastIron or Informatica Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com such as ERP, Order Fulfillment systems. Strong web development skills in HTML/XML and JavaScript. Customer Service and Call Center experience is a huge plus.
