Description
Client needs a consultant with a combination of Callidus (compensation management software) and Oracle Financials software skills ande ! experience. Key responsibilities include 1.) Participates in the design of complex solutions primarily within Callidus and Oracle Applications; 2.) Leads ongoing development and the support of existing business processes; 3.) Manages small to medium project initiatives within Oracle Applications; 4.) Contributes to the development and delivery of presentations; 5.) Leads the design and implementation of new customer projects and business programs; 6.) Assists in the mentoring and growing of junior business analyst resources.
