Description
Technical Skills and Abilities Indepth knowledge of Infor CRM Epiphany Interaction Advisor solution, including RealTime Studio, Interaction Advisor Manager and RealTime Administrator.Indepth knowledge of RDBMS and strong SQL skills, Oracle preferredActive role in at least two Interaction Advisor implementations.Ability to develop complex functions in Interaction Advisor using Java script code Experience with data warehouse development and ETL methodologies is requiredExposure to Code Management/Change control management proceduresCommunicate effectively with business users and gather requirementsSolid interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently or with a team to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAt least 3 years experience in Infor CRM Epiphany Interaction Advisor development tools is necessary.
