Drive look, feel and user experience of Telltale's websites telltalegames.com, Telltale's Online Store / ecommerce and micro sites for top franchises Define visual style for franchise marketing materials, particularly website executions Design art assets and collateral for marketing as needed Create and implement 2D, UI and periodically motion graphic and 3D elements to deliver an intuitive and inviting interface for the player within the style and design of the game Work with Game Designers and Producers to resolve any game play issues relating to UI and user experience, including testing and troubleshooting issues as they arise Essential Skills and Experience Passionate about crafting high quality user experiences, with strong design aesthetic and pointofview Skilled in combining usability and intuitive navigation with inviting visuals and design Experience in creating, tuning and optimizing ecommerce storefront and check out paths Excellent fundamental graphic design and web design skills including presentation, layout, composition, color, and readability Selfdriven, excellent verbal and written communication Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail, while working with multiple projects and speedy turnaround times Collaborative skills for teamenvironments, working with interdisciplinary functions within company on deliverable iterations and refinements Master of Photoshop, proficient in HTML, Flash and other Web applications Ability to use Flash and ActionScript to create light Flash elements for websites and ads as well as working UI prototypes Proficient with video programs (FinalCut, AfterEffects, Premiere), ability to learn inhouse proprietary tool 3D (Maya, Softimage, 3DStudioMax)
