Accruent Consultant

Collective is looking for an Accruent Consultant. This consultant must have experience with Accruent's Real Estate Performance Management system. It is imperative that the consultant have excellent communication skills. They will be dealing with both our client and our client's business partner to resolve issues. The position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and development of systems for the Store Development function. The primary focus is to support Accruents Real Estate Performance Management (RPM) software which integrates all real estate information and processes. This includes workflow development, dashboards, applications installs and administration, and Business Objects administration. This position will work in a team environment on projects involving the definition, design, testing, and implementation for the Store Development business function. They will develop, integrate and test assigned application components according to required specifications and will participate in system implementation activities with other team members. Responsibilities include ensuring proper documentation exists on all system modifications according to Change Management policies and procedures. Communicate effectively to the supported business areas on projects and support items. Works well within a team environment and can work independently when necessary. Constantly looks for improvements and efficiencies. Must be comfortable sharing ideas, discussing solutions and troubleshooting issues.
