Project Controller

Description

Provide on average 40 hours/week of consulting services with approximately 4 days/week on site. Remote work arrangements will be considered and mutually agreed to after initial introduction and acclimation;Overlap for approximately one (1) week with current Project Controller for project turnover and process education (week of 09/14/09);Oversee and monitor progress toward workplan task completion including risks / mitigation reporting and status on execution of project tasks;Provide tracking and management of PM tools;Facilitate compliance to and support of project methodology and deliverables;Provide regular status reports based on Virtua Health current project methodology and reporting guidelines;Provide issue list reporting and escalation to appropriate senior level governance committees where necessary for resolution;Support project quality assurance monitoring and controls checking;Assist with management of tracking CIS replacement budget; Assist with project planning and logistics activities related to the Soarian implementation as necessary.Administrative Tasks Attend appropriate project meetings;Communicate project status to the Customer Project Manager;Be a liaison between vendors and departments involved with implementation.1.2 Project Deliverables Documentation and dialogue pertinent to Services outlined above;
