Description
The Selections Manager will work with the Database Marketing Services team to develop campaign selections using Unica Affinium Campaign. This individual will interpret selections created in the current campaign management system, Epiphany 6.0, and recreate them in the Unica environment. He/she will interact with other team members, technology groups, vendors, and internal clients to determine the best implementation of campaign targeting strategies in support of the goals for the communication, across multiple channels. Additionally, the Selections Manager for the Unica transition will identify opportunities for efficiencies and overall process improvements as the new tool is integrated into daily operations. Primary Responsibilities Perform business analysis to understand and translate contact strategy into campaign segmentation criteria Develop and test campaigns in Unica's Affinium Campaign tool Establish and execute quality assurance programs to ensure accuracy of campaign setup Additional Responsibilities Utilize predictive models and market segmentation tools to produce targeted lists and conduct customer profiling analyses. Assist decisionmaking through meaningful reports, analyses, and insightful recommendations. Track and report on campaign performance and tests; leverage database to analyze results and make recommendations to improve response. Partner with internal constituents to design strategies around analyses.
