Required Skills Strong knowledge of Serena PVCS Version Manager including PCLI (PVCS Command Line Interface) Strong knowledge of IBM Rational ClearQuest Solid understanding and practical experience of software development life cycles, with particular emphasis on scheduling and coordination functions Solid understanding of industry change management processes framework Solid understanding of IT process management, process definition and improvement 3+ years in production support or Change Management role Experience managing multiple environments and code streams Proficient in the implementation of production change management techniques and service delivery disciplines Experience in Configuration Management tools and processes Strong skills in Unix operating environment Strong skills in Windows operating environment Excellent Unix/Perl (including Ant) scripting Strong skills in Oracle and SQL Server Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to work overtime in support of changes A fouryear degree in computer science or related field
