provides strategic recommendations for the Domino, Lotus Notes and the Blackberry environmentAssists management in designing, building, and maintaining the Domino / Lotus Notes system inclusive of supporting messaging, Blackberry and application environments within this systemAnalyzes and evaluates technical requirements and specification for seamless integration of enterprise wide Domino / Lotus Notes requirementsSupports the planning and installation of new Domino / Lotus Notes related modules and applicationsEnsures that the Domino / Lotus Notes and Blackberry environments are kept current in terms of version upgrades and application of patchesCoordinates the efforts of assigned personnel as required by projects and work related to the Lotus Notes environmentPrepares detailed plans for all changes within the Domino/Lotus Notes environment and adheres to all change management policies within the IT departmentStrives to continually improve customer satisfaction in reliability, availability, and system performance of the Domino/Lotus Notes environmentPrepares layout and configuration documents as a normal part of project assignmentsReviews work for compliance with established guidelines for system securityMakes recommendations to continually improve the system for improvements in delivery of service to our customersDelivers the appropriate level of documentation to support recommendationsEnsures the appropriate documentation for disaster recovery of the Lotus Notes and Blackberry environmentsWorks to ensure that the Lotus Notes system is secure, cost effective, maintainable, and adds value to the businessProvides technical support and documentation for Domino applications and Lotus Notes clientsMaintains regular and predictable attendance.abides by all policies and procedures of Oriental Trading Company.
