Business Systems Analyst /Quality Assurance (PeopleSoft)

Description

Quality Assurance / Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting end user / systems usability testing. Learn individual components of process and system to facilitate the execution of comprehensive test plans. Work with business and technical resources to understand requirements affecting any component of the program. Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management. Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates test results data, assess trends and develops business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decisionmaking. Provides consultative, advisory, technical, and staff support, as appropriate. Business Systems Analysts study the overall business and information needs of an organization, in order to develop solutions to business and related technology problems. Negotiate options with the client. Advises and recommends areas of program planning, business management, budget execution and program coordination. Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data, and develops integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decisionmaking. Provides consultative, technical, and staff support, as appropriate.
