Experienced with connecting Siebel with CTI infrastructure (preferably Avaya)Experienced with configuring the Siebel soft phone and CTI tool barWill be looking for subject matter expertise, so multiple project experiences requiredAbility to drive and coordinate CTI integration work with telephony experts, Siebel developers, functional team etcThis is a 50% role, so the developer should also be comfortable as either a Siebel application configurator or a Siebel EAI developer to fill the remaining 50%
