Description

The Transition will be from 10/01/2009 (SOONER PREFERRED) to 01/31/2010. During first two months, Supplier will work with Xerox SME to understand the Xerox HR WFP application. Supplier consultant will take transitions related to following activities from Xerox SMEs. 1. Cognos Patching 2. Cognos Configuration Management Administration (via OS Configuration Mgmt Tool) 3. Cognos Application Management (via Cognos portal) 4. Cognos WFP Database (WFP Staging & Adaptive Analytics Warehouse) Administration 5. Content Deployment & Administration 6. AW Maintenance Supplier will also be responsible for creating, maintaining and updating SMTD (System Maintenance Technology Document) and knowledge transition documentation. From 12/07/2009, Supplier would be primary contact for providing following support for HR WFP application. 1. Cognos Patching 2. Cognos Configuration Management Administration (via OS Configuration Mgmt Tool) 3. Cognos Application Management (via Cognos portal) 4. Cognos WFP Content Store Database ( WFP Staging & Adaptive Analytics Warehouse) Administration 5. Deployment & Administration of Cognos WFP Content Store in Production environment 6. Aanlytics Warehouse Maintenance Outofscope Supplier, working as part HR WFP Support application, would not be responsible for following activities WFP Staging & Adaptive Analytics Warehouse Database backup, monitoring Enhancement of Adaptive Analytics Framework Model COMMENT they will be required to make enhancements Modification of WFP Staging & Adaptive Analytics Warehouse data models Dpitt this is required Maintenance of existing OWB Scripts or development of new OWB Scripts Maintenance and enhancement of EPIW & DMart DB Maintenance of existing AA Reports or new development of AA Reports COMMENT this is required HR WFP Hardware and Operating System monitoring and support COMMENT Support will be required
