Restaurant Technology Support (RTS) Analyst

Description

Our Restaurant Technology Support Call Center is looking for a Technical Support Analyst who will be responsible for receiving, diagnosing, documenting, and resolving technical issues at the restaurants through call tracking software reported by restaurant personnel and other Corporate departments. This role will support the multiple systems including POS system, computer based training (CBT), Food Safety Equipment, EMS Systems/Lighting Control, Satellite Network and other Electrical Equipment. In order to be considered for this opportunity, candidates must Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; 1+ years experience in a call center, POS systems (user or support) or technology support; A+ and/ or N+ certification required; Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM on a computer keyboard; Availability and willingness to work all shifts (days, nights, graveyard and weekends, including holidays).
