Description
The scope of work operational dates are October 2009 through December, 2009. A 10 week initiative. The vendor shall continuously and objectively review the client's operations, recommend areas in which to reduce costs and promote the implementation of innovative delivery approaches, as appropriate, to enhance customer satisfaction, improve the efficiency of its operations and differentiate itself in the highly competitive Medicare arena.
