Description of Services. Upgrading client's Oracle eBusiness Suite Release 11i (11.5.9.2) to Oracle eBusiness Suite Release 12i (12.0.4). The current tech stack is Oracle eBusiness 11.5.9, Oracle Database 9i, and Oracle Portal 3.0.9. Performing and documenting test upgrades.Performing the final production upgrade using documentation from the test upgrades.
