SAP SD Senior Systems Architect

OBJECTIVESThe SAP SD Senior Systems Architect will support the SAP Organization Redesign and Implementation project. This will also include an implementation of best practice around SAP organization design and guidance through out the project.OVERALL OUTPUTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Lead the organizational design workshops including development of workshop facilitation materials (i.e. current organization, best practice options, and recommendation).. Lead preparation of workshop outcomes and gap analysis/resolution documentation. Assist with the design, build, and test of new SAP Organizational Structure. Work with the IT functional leads to understand and define the overall application and technical requirements. Ensure that these requirements tie back to the established business requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with the client's longterm direction. Work with other IT architects and developers to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.. Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the native SAP technical architecture/solution. . Review and integrate application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, test and production environments. . Review all deliverables throughout the project life cycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirement traceability.. Ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards.Benefits Skills/Experience SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS. SAP SD implementation experience as consultant or SAP customer (10+ years experience), preferably 5+ years SAP Organization/Functional Architect experience. Integration knowledge with the SAP MM, WM, FI/CO, PP, and BW modules. Experience with SAP Organization redesign and implementation is preferred. Proven leadership and management experience leading motivated teams, both IT and Business teams through out SAP project life cycle. Exceptional client interaction skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Exceptional organization and time management skills.
