Description
The developer should be expert coder in both visual interfaces and web services construction. In addition, they should be expert in the most effective and efficient product development using Visual Studio 2005, MS SQL 2005 enterprise server and MS SQL 2005 enterprise server Reporting Services. This would include code development, unit testing, source code management, build management, integration testing, and deployment. The candidate should be expert in the most effective and efficient product development using Visual Studio 2005, VB.net 2005, MS SQL server 2005 enterprise, XML, XSL/XSLT, and HTML. This would include code development, unit testing, source code management, build management, integration testing, and deployment. The primary tool in use is Visual Basic 2005 .net. Knowledge in the following products Visual SourceSafe, Deployment software, and Java Script. In a lesser degree C#, ASP and other Visual tools. Knowledge of Human Services systems would be a big plus. The Technical Manager and FTE staff will establish coding standards and development procedures to be followed by the VB 2005 staff. Any issues that arise about the architecture should be directed to the Technical Manager. He would use his discretion to best address this issue.The candidate must also have very strong communication skills. This includes both verbal and written communication. Job Description Responsible for the analysis, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of operating systems software. Possesses a strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces and control languages. Evaluates vendor supplied software packages and makes recommendations to IT management.
