Business Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of business experience. The positon will be with the Vendor Management team of the RMP group and they must have experience in Purchasing, RFP's, and RFP's contract negotiations.The candidate must be able to create and customize RFP's from ground up. Collections experience is a plus. Must have strong PC, Excel and Word experience. Must be able to research, manipulate and analyze data. The individual must be an independent thinker, with a strong process improvement focus, strong leadership and team skills, strong analytic skills and be able to work in a diverse and fast paced environment. The personality of the candidate will be key for this role. They should have a salesperson type of personality.Part of the responsibility will be to manage vendors by developing and growing the relationship with the vendors. This isn't a buyer position but someone who has a buyer background and possibly a sales background. Someone who has been a buyer for 10 years and no other experience wouldn't be right for this position.The candidate must be a creative thinker, have excellent communication skills, be able to trouble shoot situations that are not working and offer solutions. This is a complex environment. Expectations change all the time and this individual must be able to change and except the responsibilities that go with the changes.
