Description

Responsibilities Support full life cycle of Oracle eBusiness Suite, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) installation, configuration, patching, cloning, security, upgrades, etc. Technical Support for Oracle Applications, including management of databases, application servers, concurrent managers etc. Develop shell and/or, PL/SQL and/or SQL scripts to implement automation of ongoing administration and maintenance tasks. Build and manage code release control deploy the application custom developed code following the corporate code deployment and data migration processes Develop and implement best practices in designing the data base for end user and developer access Set and document standards for use of databases with objectives of data integrity, data security, efficient operation, audit requirements, and the like. Working collaboratively with teammates across the technical teams. Identifying issues to team lead and providing possible resolutions. Identifying Oracle vendor changes, analyzing the impact of the changes (scope control), and providing detailed assessments to the team lead. Reporting status timely and accurately Qualifications Ability to utilize Configuration Management toolset (Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest ) and Change Management Toolset (Remedy Action Request System) Experience in database and applications development and support, with specific experience in supporting/administering commercial database systems. Experience in Oracle 11G and ebusiness suite latest version R12.1.1 is a plus
