Partners with Development Manager and Development Partner group to develop J2EE based applications for the BSCA.com Employer Portal. Provides technical expertise in the support of specialized programming, including Websphere Application Server, Spring and Hibernate. Responsible for design and code reviews to ensure BSC Standards are met. Is able to function as part of the team and independently with minimal oversight and direction. Typically designs and develops approaches that are implemented by others.. Ability encompasses indepth knowledge of Web development techniques. Generally requires 5 to 10 years of professional experience. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Fully competent professional.
