High level job responsibilities Gather, document and describe clinical business process flow, business needs for clinical analysis and reporting. This may include High level Requirements Detailed Business Requirements Use Cases Business Area Context Diagrams Business Requirements Matrix Business Process Flows Data Mapping Work in the ideation and business analysis phases of the system development cycle and consults with users to define clinical reporting and analytic business processes as well as the information systems capabilities supporting those processes. Work with others to understand capabilities of existing systems and gaps with the business needs. Understand and communicate how analytic capabilities support clinical business needs to improve operations and evaluate the value of clinical services Can readily identify common and distinct needs across the enterprise and can describe how those needs benefit the business.
