Description
Bridgewater needs someone to come onboard as a staff augmentation and perform a 'Telecom Leadership' role. They are looking for someone to come with a 'Voice Ops perspective' and perform the following items The ideal candidate will have Avaya experience/knowledge, although the deep technical expertise is less important than the overall leadership & soft skill requirements. Assist immediately with daytoday fires/macd work Direct tech on team Identify operational inefficiencies Create and document processes around voice Identify personnel needs (hire another tech, etc)
