Provide production support to Moody's Analytics CRM applications (Salesforce Dot Com and InSite) Answer user questions related to CRM Administer Salesforce Dot Com system; including configurations and setting changes Input Product data into InSite Support integrations between Salesforce to InSite and InSite to SAM/MAC (homegrown permissioning systems for Moodys.com) and PeopleSoft Finance Training on CRM applications (Salesforce Dot Com and InSite)
