Systems Integration Analyst

Description

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Related and relevant experience or a demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered in lieu of academic requirements. Minimum 5 to 7 years of IT work experience. Requires a high level of expertise in multiple system environments. Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical associates to understand and explain network status and problems.A desire to work with Customers to solve problems, satisfy requests and provide a high level of Customer satisfaction.Excellent oral and writing skills to produce and communicate management reports on network availability, performance and status.Ability and desire to learn new skills and tools quickly.Must be a self starter that can function independently or as a part of a team.Must be willing to respond to urgent requests and adjust schedules accordingly.Must keep abreast of new technologies and be able to integrate them into existing systems.Must be willing to travel, using own transportation, to all remote corporate sites on an as needed basis, for the purposes of conducting job duties.Planning and implementation of new IS technologies into a mature IS infrastructureCitrix environment server support and remote access administration practicesWindows server platform support and administration practicesProject management concepts and practices
