Description
Philips IT is seeking a Functional Consultant in support of the global CRM platform (Clarify Amdocs), with focus on our Customer Feedback process.Description of Assignment Acts as Business Analyst in assigned project Deliverables Specification of business requirement and system requirements according market needs and best practice Promote resolution of business requirement through standard system functionalityConstantly look for and develop innovative solutions / ideas that will improve customer experience and/or increase efficiency Completes projects tasks as assigned in time, budget and quality Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent educational / work experienceMore than 8 years experience in IT application process design and / or support More than 6 years of relevant working experience as a Clarify business analyst with focus in gathering business requirements and IT business process design Must have strong knowledge in Call Center business processes or Customer Feedback processExperience in Quality and Regulatory / FDA a big plus
