Description
The EMC consultant shall Assist with new deployment/planning for approximately 200 virtual machines and 2 new Celerra NS480's being purchased by client. Share ownership of operational responsibility for storage provisioning and availability at the customer site(s) with the clients Storage Manager. Assist in the creation of an Operational Run Book for NAS storage management at Trilegiant. Prepare an Operational Run Book detailing storage management procedures, which meet standards determined by client. Be responsible for configuration and layout of storage infrastructure. Perform necessary storage infrastructure maintenance in accordance with clients change management policies. Perform necessary data migration as required and defined by EMC's migration practices. Effect migration, which shall include migration of VMware host images from Fibre Channel SAN to NAS infrastructure and migration of windows file server storage to NAS CIFS.
