Description
A minimum of 35 years relevant experienceUnderstanding of the appropriate software delivery processes associated within an enterprise software delivery lifecycleStandardize procedures and documentation for server installs, migration and consolidation Extensive knowledge of hardware installation, configuration procedures and implementing best practices in a Windows server environment (Unix/Linux is a plus)Strong knowledge of Virtualization (VMWare is required but experience with other Virtualization technologies is preferred) to deploy and configure an enterprise application in a virtualized environmentDetailed understanding of multiple Microsoft technologies including IIS, Windows Server 2003/2018, Active Directory, and deploying web applications built using .NETUnderstanding enterprise security and risk and solid experiences related hardware and software configuration across a broad spectrumExperience ensuring business continuity by building failover and redundancy into all systems and servicesPhysical server/SAN/Network switches installation/configuration
