Description
TNT needs an Oracle DBA with VMWare experience for an Oracle 10g 11g upgrade project. Oracle Project objectives 10g 11g upgrade (not current but all new environments will be 11g) Building out VM farm for Linux Redhat environment So Oracle can run on Linux Currently Oracle can only run on Solaris Oracle 11g VMWare 4.0 ASM (Adaptive storage manager) Provide VMWare tuning request Tuning the database for VMWare Monitoring of virtual database environments (How do the monitor the host and hosted environments) Documentation on Oracle/ VMWare best practices Testing Research
